Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be unworn or unused, with tags attached.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at kzcollections1@gmail.com. Once you contact us, we will guide you through the return process.

For local returns, we can arrange a time for you to drop off the item at University of Toronto Scarborough. Specific instructions, including the time and location for the drop-off, will be provided once your return request is approved.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.

If the item shows excessive damage, wear, or tear not caused during delivery, we reserve the right to deny the return.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
