Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or carrier delays.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Damages

KZ Collections is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Ontario as of now.
